On the afternoon of January 7, the 12th session of the Henan Museum's Young Salon was held in conference room 3 of the West Wing building. This time, Salon invited Zhu Hongqiu, associate research fellow of the Henan Museum, to give a lecture on my China Manual. More than 40 young workers took part in the event.

Chinese porcelain has a history of more than 3000 years from the development and evolution of pottery, from primitive porcelain to celadon of the late Han and the two Jin dynasties, to the southern and northern dynasties and the Sui and Tang dynasties, the firing process, shape, glaze color and decoration of porcelain have some changes, which reflect the changes of political economy, science and technology and aesthetic fashion at that time. In order to enable young workers to have a more comprehensive understanding of porcelain, Zhu Hongqiu combined his own experience and feelings of learning, taking Henan Museum as an example, through a large number of different periods of related porcelain photos and porcelain research experience and exchange with the youth.

Through Zhu Hongqiu's narration, everyone has a clearer understanding of Chinese porcelain and its development vein. They all said that Chinese porcelain is the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people in ancient China, and we should take up the mission of the literati, not only to be the guardian of cultural relics, but also to become an excellent disseminator of traditional culture.
