      To celebrate the May 4th Youth Day, on the afternoon of April 29, the Henan Museum held a Youth Salon with the theme of "condensing the strength of youth, serving the development of culture and museum" . Nearly 50 young workers and staff gathered together, talking about how young people can contribute to the development of culture and museum under the new situation.

      Liu Lu of the Ministry of Henan Museum and Education kicked off the salon with a title of "think twice before State Administration of Cultural Heritage: Tips for a career. " . He shared his experience with young workers during his time at the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. He Guide young workers in the officer entrepreneurship to do "three ask" "three road" "three strength" , that is, before doing specific work to first consider why, what, how to do, then proceed to implementation; We should make full use of the advantages of young people, keep our composure in the face of urgent and important matters, bring into play the comprehensive qualities to form a resultant force, and better display the vitality of young people.

      Later, Kong Dexin, a young staff member of the Henan Museum, introduced to everyone in detail the organizational setup, membership and social functions of the China Expo Association, based on her work experience on secondment to the association, and through their participation in specific business activities and in-depth exchanges.

At the Salon, the young staff were very inspired and interested. They actively discussed how to improve the service and management of the Henan Museum under the New Situation, this paper puts forward 14 feasible suggestions, such as how to enhance the visitors'experience of exhibition, how to make the regional functional plate and how to make the organic integration of Culture and Leisure.

She has participated in the "Central Plain international ceramics Biennale" , "the Palace of the Eternal Pyramid" , Chen Zhan's work, editing and proofreading of the collected works of the first International Ceramics Biennale of Central Plain, the Palace of the Eternal Pyramid and other books.
