Bronze Ding-tripod with Iron Feet

This Ding weighs 60kgs and the height is 51.5cm. It’s of bronze for body and of Iron for feet which made it a prodigy of the age for its complex processing.It was excavated in1977 from King Cuo’s tomb, in Pingshan County,Hebei. In the reign of King Cuo,Zhongshan State went up to its golden age.  The slim & elegant inscriptions on this ware are of total 469 characters, which was the longest in the Warring States Period. This contributed greatly to study the unique history of Zhongshan State.
